Ready to live a unique adventure and take on a major challenge?
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced competitor, this is the time to test your limits and reach a new level in your progression.
Les performances sont vérifiées via un classement général, et à l’issue de cette étape, le classement général déterminera directement la catégorie dans laquelle chaque athlète évoluera pour le main event.
Performances are checked through a general ranking, and at the end of this stage, the overall ranking will directly determine the category in which each athlete will compete at the Main Event. This system ensures that everyone faces opponents of a similar level, while giving all participants an equal chance to qualify for the highest possible category based on their performance..
Attention: For the Masters categories (M/F), only the top athletes in each category will earn their spot at the Main Event.

2 – Save the important dates!
You can compete either as an individual or in a team of 2 (MM/FF). The individual challenge begins on 28 October 2024, and the team challenge starts on 25 November 2024.
Individuals
- Each week, the WODs (Workouts of the Day) will be published on our social media, website, and sent by email. They remain secret until their publication. Examples: Monday 28 October, Monday 4 November.
- You must perform the WODs between the announcement date and the next Sunday at midnight via Competition Corner, with videos for validation. Videos are mandatory if you aim to qualify for the Main Event in April 2025.
- Video required only if you want to qualify for the Main Event (April 2026).
Équipes
- WODs released: Monday 10 November, Monday 17 November, and Monday 24 November.
- Each member performs the WODs whenever and wherever they want. Scores are then combined for the final result.
- Submission of each athlete’s scores and videos on Competition Corner before Sunday (11:59 PM) of that week.
- Video required only if you aim to qualify for the Main Event (April 2026).
3 – WOD preparation
Before each WOD, set up your space following the instructions on the scorecard (available on Competition Corner for each WOD).
We recommend printing it for your judge (even if it’s not mandatory, it helps you stay focused and meet the standards).
You can film using WODPROOF, WETIME, or YouTube. If your app does not have an integrated timer, you must use a physical timer that is always visible and readable on screen. Without a clear timer, your video may be rejected and your score invalidated.
4 – The checklist for each WOD
⚠️ If any of the items below (or the scorecard instructions) are not respected, your score may be rejected.
Before the WOD
- (Optional) Print the scorecard
- Set up your space according to the scorecard instructions
- (Optional) Have a judge to check movement standards
During the WOD
- CLEARLY state your name, category, and the WOD
- Record the entire workout (following the scorecard instructions)
- A physical timer must be visible and readable from start to finish if your video app does not have an integrated timer
After le WOD
- Upload your video on Competition Corner
- Make sure your score and video match
5 – Submitting your scores and videos
After each WOD, log in to Competition Corner to submit your score and video (link from the app used). You can attempt the WOD several times and submit your best result (and video) before the deadline.
Videos must follow the standards specified in the guidelines (angle, visibility, timer, etc.).
Submissions must be made before the deadline — any late submission will be rejected.
Edited or cut videos will not be accepted.
If you want to qualify for the Main Event in April 2026, submitting a video is mandatory.
6 – Registration for the Main Event!
Rankings & Second Chance – PBG 2026
Our team of judges will review the videos at the end of the 3 qualification weeks before publishing the final ranking and sending out invitations for the Main Event in April 2026.
The provisional ranking may therefore change: an athlete on the qualification cutoff line may lose their spot… or, on the contrary, be given a second chance after score validation.
To confirm your participation in the Main Event, registration fees must be paid before the indicated deadline.
Didn’t qualify as an individual?
You can still try your luck in the team category:
- Register before Sunday, 16 November 2026 (11:59 PM)
- Follow the same standards and qualification steps
- Benefit from your teammate’s support to aim for qualification
Our team of judges will review the videos at the end of the 3 weeks before publishing the final ranking and sending out invitations for the Team Main Event in April 2026. The provisional ranking may therefore change: a team on the qualification cutoff line may lose its spot… or, on the contrary, be given a second chance after score validation.
To confirm team participation in the Main Event, registration fees must be paid before the indicated deadline.
7 - Repechage
Cancellations may occur up until the day of the event.
In such cases, the next athlete or team in the ranking will be contacted directly by the organizers to be offered the vacant spot.
- It will be the responsibility of the athlete/team to quickly confirm their commitment to join the competition.
- In the absence of a response or in case of refusal, the organizers reserve the right to offer the spot to the next competitor in the ranking.
